The Other Week 12

Welcome, once again, to my side-by-side comparison. This is where I take the current Week of this diet and compare it to the same Week of my last return to Onederland. The reasoning behind this is simple: what better way to motivate myself than with myself. After all, if I can do it, then I can do it too.

Side by Side Comparison

Caloric intake took a sharp turn up this week. As I mentioned earlier this week, it has been getting higher lately, which scares the bleep outta me as we head into the holidays. I’m still hanging in there, and I suppose if I did nothing more than “hang in there” between now and January, I’d call that a win. But I’d still like to keep up.

Still, it’s encouraging to see that during the Other Week 12, my weight went up and this time around it’s slightly down. It’s a good reminder that occasional unevenness on this road doesn’t equate to ultimate disaster.

Maybe it’s down because you scared the bleep out of yourself? How much does bleep weigh, anyway?
