Charlie, I know what your problem is with losing weight. You need a scale that measures your weight to the nearest tenth of a pound, not half a pound. Otherwise you get upset and frustrated if you don't lose at least half a pound! If you lose two tenths of a pound per day, that's 1.4 pounds per week and 72.8 pounds in a year, but with your scale you won't even know it!

Charlie said:
"Your scale is always the opposite sex. Most people don’t realize that."

To which I immediately thought:
"Crap, how many times have I weighed myself in a dress or nightgown?"

Now if I could just say no to the red wine!

That's great Charlie!! I know you can do it this year! I start to get nervous around Halloween on, because my office gets literally bombarded with Towers of Treats, cookies, brownies, cheese, sausage, you name it! Last year I told myself I couldn't eat anything on the "food table" at work unless I brought it from home, or paid for it. If I didn't bring it, it didn't go in my mouth. But, of course that's easier said, then done!
