Casino el Camino – The burger with the buffalo sauce and blue cheese. And green chili cheese fries. Warning: Not fast (plan an hour and a half) and not open for lunch. It’s also probably not somewhere I would take a kid. It’s kind of an experience.

I think the burger looks really good. I personally love my burgers thin like that and think I would enjoy the burger but I would leave those peppers off. I do like to get roasted red peppers on my burgers…one of the places in town here does that.
